主讲专家介绍：
Viktor Belko，副教授，圣彼得堡彼得大帝理工大学高电压工程学院院长，先进电气绝缘研发中心主任。从事高压电机绝缘老化与寿命评估、发电机定子绕组防晕材料、金属化薄膜电容器及其自愈机理等方面研究工作。担任CIGRE、IEEE、俄罗斯国家标准委员会委员。获俄罗斯教育部奖章和圣彼得堡政府奖项。
Viktor Belko, Associate Professor, Dean of the Higher School of High Voltage Engineering at Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, and Director of the Center for Advanced Electrical Insulation Research and Development. His research focuses on insulation aging and life assessment of high-voltage motors, anti-corona materials for generator stator windings, and metallized film capacitors and their self-healing mechanisms. He is a member of CIGRE, IEEE, and the Russian National Standards Committee. He has received the Russian Ministry of Education Medal and awards from the St. Petersburg Government.
